Enchanted Immersive Zoological Center
About Us
The Enchanted Immersive Zoological Center is a one-of-a-kind destination where wildlife meets enchantment. Through hands-on animal interactions, immersive storytelling, and STEM-based lessons, guests step into a magical realm of wonder and exploration. Designed for K–12 students, unconventional learners, 4-H groups, and adults, our Center delivers presentations that reinforce academic learning while introducing exciting STEM concepts through the lens of wildlife.
Learners explore biology, ecology, environmental engineering, and conservation; use microscopes and scientific tools; study habitat design; and apply real-world math through diets, measurements, and data collection. By blending STEM with storytelling and animal encounters, we make learning engaging, accessible, and truly unforgettable—sparking curiosity, building confidence, and encouraging every learner to see themselves as scientists and explorers, creating an experience unlike anything found in traditional classrooms, zoos, or museums.
About Our Founder
Welcome!
I’m Mara—a United States Marine, firefighter, EMT, and lifelong animal lover on a mission to inspire connection, courage, and conservation. From a young age, I was captivated by all creatures great and small, especially the ones that slithered, crawled, and hopped. I spent countless hours collecting caterpillars, frogs, lizards, and worms—building makeshift enclosures (though keeping them contained was always a bit of a challenge, haha!).
My passion for exotic animals truly ignited thanks to the legendary Steve Irwin, The Crocodile Hunter. His fearless spirit, infectious enthusiasm, and deep respect for wildlife showed me that animals aren’t something to fear—they’re something to understand, protect, and admire. He inspired me to become an advocate for animal conservation and education.
Through the Enchanted Immersive Zoological Center, I’m proud to carry that torch forward. This is more than a place to see animals—it’s a place to connect with them, to learn their stories, and to awaken the wonder that lives in all of us. Whether you’re here to handle reptiles, feed a marsupial, or step into a world where fantasy meets zoology, I hope you leave inspired, curious, and enchanted.
